From the Columbia Metropolitan Airport Follow the signs to exit from the terminal (right) towards Airport Blvd. (About 1/2 mile) Turn left onto Airport Blvd. at light (taking right outside lane. (About 1 mile) Exit right onto I-26 East toward Charleston. (About 2-3miles) Take LEFT exit #116 onto I-77 North toward Charlotte (left 2 lanes exit). (About 15 miles) Exit right onto I-20 East toward Florence. (About 3 miles) Take exit 80 - Clemson Road. At the light turn left onto Clemson Road. After about 2 miles, you will pass a sign that says “Yarnex”. Take the second right turn (the first full driveway) after this. You will see a blue building ahead of you on the right at the top of a hill. This is Doty Scientific, Inc. The driveway turns before Doty Scientific and is marked by a sign. (If you arrive at the overpass over Two Notch Road, you have gone too far. Turn around and come back.)
